Description
Sika® Stixall® Maximum Grab is an ultra-high-grab hybrid polymer (STP) building adhesive engineered to provide double the initial grab of most conventional grab adhesives, eliminating the need for temporary support in most vertical and heavy-duty applications.
Initial Grab & Strength: Delivers an instant hold (typically twice the grab of standard adhesives) with high ultimate bonding strength.
Weather & Water Resistance: Totally waterproof and weatherproof; capable of curing and adhering even on damp/wet surfaces or underwater.
Flexibility & Durability: Cures to a permanently flexible elastic rubber with resistance to petrol, chemicals, and dilute acids/alkalis.
Compatibility: Provides primerless adhesion to most building materials including metals, most plastics, glass, concrete, plaster, plasterboard, wood, and painted surfaces (avoid on Teflon, polypropylene, or polythene safety-backed mirrors).
Application Details: Skins over in 15–30 minutes and cures at approximately 2 mm per 24 hours (at 23°C / 50% RH); applied using a standard sealant gun with a V-notched nozzle.
